In conclusion, the microbiome is crucial to human health, and research suggests that a more diverse microbiome is beneficial. From pre-clinical and clinical studies, there is preliminary evidence that H2 supplements life extension tablets may have a positive effect on the gut microbiome, including increasing its diversity. Additionally, more robust clinical trials will further clarify this exciting direction.
